“Talented Youth – A New Generation of Athletes” Physical Education and Sports Competitions
Attention! Young talents! This is a great opportunity for you. The Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports is organizing the “Talented Youth – A New Generation of Athletes” physical education and sports competitions among 12 classes of secondary schools, as well as young sports enthusiasts training in sports schools across the country.
The competitions will take place from May 4 to May 9, 2026, daily from 14:00 to 18:00 at the multi-purpose sports complex of the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports.
Competition Schedule:
- May 4–6, 2026: Competitions in general physical training and speed-strength sports.
- May 7–9, 2026: Competitions in team sports and wrestling, as well as testing for general and special physical fitness.
Open Championships of the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports:
- May 12–14, 2026: Open Championship in Turkmen national wrestling and belt wrestling.
- May 15–17, 2026: Open Championship in Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling.
- May 22–24, 2026: Open Championship in Sambo.
Registration: Those wishing to participate can register online via the QR code system or by emailing tdbsi@sanly.tm. Alternatively, registration can be done in person at the Institute before the start of the competitions.
