Winners of the Creative Competition Held on the Occasion of the Turkmen Horse National Holiday Awarded
Celebrations were held at the Ashgabat Equestrian Sports Complex with the participation of the Honorable President to mark the Turkmen Horse National Holiday. Within the framework of the festivities, an awarding ceremony took place for the winners of the “International Beauty Contest for Akhal-Teke Horses” and the competition held among creative workers.
The following individuals were awarded prizes on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan:
- M. Annaberdiyeva, a carpet weaver at the Ashgabat Artistic Carpet Enterprise of the “Turkmenhaly” State Association, for the carpet work titled “Bagtyýar”;
- B. Amanov, a teacher at the Design Department of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan, for the set of horse ornaments titled “Turkmen Horse”;
- A. Malikov, a teacher at the Sculpture Department of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan, for the sculpture titled “Turkmen Horse Toýly”;
- I. Churiyev, a 2nd-year student in Sports Journalism at the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports, for the photograph titled “The Horse — My Pride”;
- H. Kakabayev, a 4th-year student in Camerawork and Film Editing at the Turkmen State Institute of Culture, for the video titled “Turkmen Horse”.
